He is executive director of National Ministries, American Baptist Churches USA. The event is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., June 20, in Ballroom A of the Cook Convention Cener.

| Adams delivers third annual Shurden Lectures |

The Rev. Dr. Charles G. Adams, a BJC board member, delivered the third annual Walter B. and Kay W. Shurden Lectures at Wake Forest University Divinity School. Adams, pastor of Hartford Memorial Baptist Church in Detroit, Mich., delivered three lectures in the series April 14-15. The BJC co-hosts the event each year.
